Proxi.care is an educational health information platform focused on dementia caregiver wellness. The Site provides research-backed informational content, self-assessment tools, resource guides, and community links related to the health impacts of dementia caregiving.

The Site may also offer Early Access registration for future products and services being developed by Proxi.care Early Access sign-ups constitute expressions of interest and do not create a binding obligation on either party.

All content on this Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. The information presented is intended to increase awareness, encourage informed conversations with healthcare providers, and provide access to existing research and resources. The Dementia Caregiver Syndrome framework is a proposed clinical construct developed by Proxi.care. It synthesizes existing peer-reviewed research into a unified model. While the individual health impacts it describes are well-documented in medical research, the framework itself is not a formally recognized diagnosis in any official diagnostic classification system and should be understood in that context.

4. User Accounts and Data

Certain features of the Site, such as Early Access registration, may require you to provide personal information including your name and email address. By providing this information, you represent that it is accurate, current, and complete.

Your use of the Site and any information you provide is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and use practices.

Proxi.care holds an extensive patent portfolio comprising 57+ patents related to AI governance, digital twin architecture, and related technologies. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site without our prior written consent, except as incidental to normal web browsing (e.g., caching).

Citation

Researchers, journalists, and healthcare professionals may cite content from proxi.care with proper attribution to Proxi.care and a link to the source page. Bulk reproduction or systematic downloading of Site content is not permitted.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYMBIOTIC HEALTHCARE, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Proxi.care regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Proxi.care
