ProxiCare resources for AI assistants
Developers can connect an AI assistant to our public Care Wiki and screening-score calculator. Each guide keeps its own link and sources, so people can read the original.
Care Wiki
Search public dementia-care guides and retrieve an individual guide, including its source list and direct link.
Browse the Care WikiScreening scores
Calculate completed questionnaires using the published rules for ZBI-22, ZBI-12, CSI, MCSI, PHQ-9, KCSS, CSAQ, CBI and BCOS-15. The catalog gives the exact version, answer scale, item order and source for each instrument.
Connect an AI client
Add the read-only Model Context Protocol endpoint below to a client that supports remote MCP servers. It offers guide search, guide reading, instrument discovery and score calculation.
https://ai.proxi.care/mcpFor software that does not use MCP, the service also documents simple HTTP routes. Connecting an AI client is a choice made in that client; this page does not connect it automatically.
View the API and examplesSend only numeric questionnaire responses, never a name, email, phone number or other identifying information. This service processes answers in memory and does not save them or return them in results. Your AI provider's own history and retention settings still apply. The service has no caregiver charts or applicant records. A screening score is not a diagnosis; use the original instrument guidance and a qualified professional for clinical decisions.
